With over 35 years of professional experience in the field of law, technology & intellectual property, he is currently an Executive Education Fellow at the National University of Singapore's School of Computing, Advanced Computing for Executives program. In his professional career, Zaid has served, among others as Director at Microsoft, Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer at Telekom Malaysia and Senior Advisor, Singtel (major telco in Singapore). In his current AI practice, Zaid advises organizations and governments on AI value delivery in the AI innovation and AI Governance context. Author of 10 books covering law, technology and intellectual property, Zaid's professional practice includes AI investment & digital transformation across major industry sectors including law, finance and technology-based commercial transactions.
